OLCF Lunch Hour No. 11 — Hot Pot Kits with Natasha Pickowicz

On a chilly day, at the close of her (Everyone) Hot Pot book tour, Chef @natashapickowicz joined OLCF to host a special Community Tuesday Lunch Hour.

Together, 300 hot pot kits were thoughtfully prepped and assembled using seasonal produce from @natoora , hot pot seasoning by @burlapandbarrel x Natasha Pickowicz, and Sichuan chili crisp from @flybyjing and then stocked in community fridges across New York - all before lunch.
